Refund policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, we welcome returns for store credit only.
Items acceptable for return include clothing only:
- Must be un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached
- Items are received with 14 days from the receiving date.
- Items must be free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, or other stains.
All Gift, Home, Shoes, Accessories, and Sale merchandise are FINAL sales. No returns accepted.
Gift Cards are nonrefundable.
- The Urban Cottage is not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit.
Once items are received, they will be processed within 1-3 business days. If the item(s) is damaged upon the return, no return will be accepted or store credit issued and you must file a claim with the shipper. You will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes once the return is accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
* Please note: Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled or modifed.
- If you reside outside of the state of Tennessee, you are responsible for applying your own sales tax, according to where you live.
